Office 365 Reset/Verify

  • First, quit out of all Office applications.
  • Start WORD.
  • Go to File tab.
  • Select Office Account and on the 'User Information' screen, click sign out action until you only see the "Sign in" option.
  • Then click Sign in action.
  • Enter your email address associated with your WSUNID account - your account
    Enter your WSUNID credentials.
  • Quit out of WORD.
  • Start Outlook and Authentication issue should be fixed.
