Windows & Mac OS
- First, quit out of all Office applications.
- Start WORD.
- Go to File tab.
- Select Office Account and on the 'User Information' screen, click sign out action until you only see the "Sign in" option.
- Then click Sign in action.
- Enter your email address associated with your WSUNID account - your @wsu.edu account
Enter your WSUNID credentials. - Quit out of WORD.
- Start Outlook and Authentication issue should be fixed.
